Pricing Error Policy

If we found any errors on the price for any items listed in https://wellnessgroup.com.my/ , we reserved the right to amend the price of the products even the order has been paid. We will then request buyers to confirm again if they agreed to the newly revised prices. If they do not agree to the revised price, the order will be canceled and money will be refunded to the buyer in full.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Wellness Concept (M) Sdn. Bhd., we are committed to providing quality products and a positive customer experience. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Cash Refund Policy

All products sold on our website are not eligible for cash refund once the order has been confirmed, except where required by applicable law.

However, we may offer the following options, subject to approval:

  • Exchange for another product of the same value
  • Top-up the price difference to exchange for a higher-value product
  • Replacement of the same product if the item received is defective or damaged

2. Exchange Eligibility

Requests for exchange must be made within 10 days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unopened and unused
  • In good and resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, order confirmation, or receipt

Wellness Concept (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the defective or damaged item
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Photo of the parcel packaging, if applicable

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product or offer an exchange of equivalent value.

4. Exchange for Another Product

If you wish to change to another product, you may exchange your item for a product of the same value.

If the selected product is of higher value, you may top up the price difference.

If the selected product is of lower value, the remaining balance will not be refunded in cash, but may be handled at the company’s discretion.

5. Shipping & Handling Charges

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges, unless the exchange is due to a verified defective or damaged product.

Please keep your courier tracking number. Wellness Concept (M) Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for lost return parcels.

7. Processing Time

Exchange or replacement requests will be processed within 1–2 weeks after our office receives and verifies the returned item.

Products purchased from other retail stores, distributors, agents, or third-party websites must be handled directly with the original place of purchase.

Delivery Policy

At Wellness Concept (M) Sdn. Bhd., we aim to process and deliver all orders smoothly and efficiently.

Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery to Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.

For Malaysia, delivery is available to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
For Singapore and Brunei, additional shipping charges will apply.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct street name, postcode, contact number, state, and country.

Wellness Concept (M) Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Processing & Delivery

After payment is successfully completed, orders may take up to 7 business days to process and ship out.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed on Friday, weekends, or public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Arrangement

Each order will be delivered to one delivery address only.

If you are not available to receive your parcel, please contact the courier service directly within the required time frame to arrange re-delivery or self-collection.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.



  1. Cancellation Notice:

To cancel an appointment or booking, please contact us at least 1 day in advance. Timely notification helps us manage our schedule and offer the time slot to other clients.



  1. Forfeiture of Payment:

If we do not receive any notification or call from you within 10 days of your scheduled appointment, your payment will be forfeited. This policy allows us to maintain fairness and efficiency in our scheduling process.



  1. How to Cancel:

To cancel your order or booking, you may contact your Wellness Consultant directly. Alternatively, you can reach our Customer Services team by calling 03-72779999, What or emailing us at info@wellnessgroup.com.my.



  1. Record of Cancellation:

For your records, we recommend keeping a copy of your cancellation notification. If you send us your cancellation notice by email, your cancellation will be effective from the date you sent.
